So the preaching of the everlasting Gospel is the preaching of Christ the creative power of God, through whom alone salvation can come. And the power by which Christ saves men from sin is the power by which He created the worlds. EVCO 23.2

(b) The preaching of the cross is the preaching of the power of God. EVCO 24.1
(c) The power of God is the power that creates. EVCO 24.2
(d) Therefore the cross of Christ has in it creative power, which is the power that redeems. EVCO 24.3
Surely that is power enough for anybody. No wonder that the apostle exclaimed, “God forbid that I should glory, save in the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ.” 1Galatians 6:14. EVCO 24.4
