9 If we confess (1 Corinthians 11:31) our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive (Exodus 34:7; Psalms 32:1; Psalms 130:4; Matthew 6:12; Matthew 9:2; Matthew 26:28; Ephesians 1:7) us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. KJRV — 1John 1:9
