Since to be a Christian is to be like Christ, is it not clear that we must recognize our duty to God and His work as the first of our obligations? Said Jesus, “My meat is to do the will of him that sent me, and to finish his work.” Like the blessed Master, whose we are, and whom we serve, let us join in the grand movement that shall “finish his work,” by giving ourselves without reserve to the work He has given to us.
