As this institution was specially mentioned in a recent testimony, its interests were carefully considered. The prevailing opinion of the members was that some changes were necessary, and Elder O. A. Olsen, Elder A. J. Breed, and C. H. Jones were appointed a committee to make further investigations, with a view to carrying into effect the resolutions adopted by the Association.
