THE meeting of this organization was held in the Tabernacle at 7 P.M., March 4, 1895, J. H. Kellogg, M.D., in the chair. The Secretary, G. H. Murphy, called the roll of members, and declared a quorum present. GCB March 5, 1895, page 487.16
The Chair being authorized to appoint a Committee on Nominations, appointed F. D. Starr and Mrs. L. M. Hall such committee. The committee being fortunately prepared, nominated the following as Trustees of the Company: G. H. Murphy, W. H. Hall, J. Fargo, J. H. Kellogg, A. R. Henry. GCB March 5, 1895, page 487.17
J. N. Loughborough moved, A. R. Henry seconded, that the Secretary be instructed to cast the ballot in favor of the nominees. The motion was carried unanimously, and the above names were declared elected. GCB March 5, 1895, page 487.18
