The denial of the divinity of Christ is spoken of as a dangerous error, and it is apparently made synonymous with the denial of the pre-existence of Christ. In the present theological controversy it is the deity of Christ which is denied, while His divinity—using the term in a modern sense—is acknowledged. It would seem necessary to change this language on page 325, in order to make it in harmony with the present situation. WWPGC 32.9
