Psalm 149

1 Praise you the LORD. Sing to the LORD a new song, and his praise in the congregation of saints.AKJV — Psalm 149:1

2 Let Israel rejoice in him that made him: let the children of Zion be joyful in their King.AKJV — Psalm 149:2

3 Let them praise his name in the dance: let them sing praises to him with the tambourine and harp.AKJV — Psalm 149:3

4 For the LORD takes pleasure in his people: he will beautify the meek with salvation.AKJV — Psalm 149:4

5 Let the saints be joyful in glory: let them sing aloud on their beds.AKJV — Psalm 149:5

6 Let the high praises of God be in their mouth, and a two-edged sword in their hand;AKJV — Psalm 149:6

7 To execute vengeance on the heathen, and punishments on the people;AKJV — Psalm 149:7

8 To bind their kings with chains, and their nobles with fetters of iron;AKJV — Psalm 149:8

9 To execute on them the judgment written: this honor have all his saints. Praise you the LORD.AKJV — Psalm 149:9
