The fourth episode in The Conflict saga, The Mission, is an adaptation of Ellen G. White’s classic, The Acts of the Apostles. It includes all the stories and major applications from the original book, offering insight into the conflict raging behind the Bible narrative. The Mission continues the epic war between Christ and Satan and their respective legions of angels. Jesus’ decisive victory over Satan was sealed on Calvary’s cross, surpassed only by His resurrection. This seemingly unlikely group included a brash fisherman who deserted Jesus under pressure, two hot-headed brothers known as the “sons of thunder,” a tax collector who profited at the expense of his own people, a Zealot who assassinated enemy collaborators, and a perpetually skeptical man who often doubted Jesus.
