    1. That Elder J. N. Loughborough be recommended to spend some time in the British field.GCB January 1, 1899, page 5.3

    2. That Elder O. A. Olsen be permitted to make a tour, visiting some of the leading Scandinavian churches in Iowa, Nebraska, and other conferences in America.GCB January 1, 1899, page 5.4

    9. In harmony with the recommendation of Elder H. Shultz, who was placed as superintendent of the German work in America, it was recommended that Elder S. S. Shrock, of Pennsylvania, make Oklahoma his field of labor, instead of Elder J. H. Behrens; and that Brother Chas. Schull, of Battle Creek College, go to Chicago and labor until the close of the spring term of Union College, then join in an effort with Elder J. T.
