    THE ANNUAL OFFERINGS

    L. A. HOOPES

The General Conference Committee suggests that Sabbath, December 30, be the time when the offerings should be brought in. This is not an arbitrary ruling, but only suggestive. The donations are collected and sent by the church librarian or corresponding officer, to the state society secretary, who in turn forwards them to the Foreign Mission Board of Seventh-day Adventists, Room 1906, 150 Nassau St., New York, N. Y.GCB October 1, 1899, page 104.8

With these few suggestions, let each one be free. Do your work as for eternity, remembering that you individually must render an account to the Judge of all the earth for the part you act. Let no trivial matter debar you from receiving the full measure of God’s blessing, which he is waiting to bestow upon every one who seeks him with all the heart.GCB October 1, 1899, page 104.9
