From Revelation 15:8, we learn that when the plagues, threatened in the Third Angel’s Message, [Revelation 14:9-11,] and described in Chap. 16, are poured out, there will be no ministration: therefore they are “poured out without mixture,” as the mediation of Christ will then have ceased, and mercy will no more be offered to sinners.BSA 13.4
