2 The LORD looked (Genesis 6:12; Psalms 33:13) down from heaven upon the children of men, to see if there (Romans 3:11; Psalms 53:2) were any that did understand, and seek God.Romans 3:11KJRV — Psalm 14:2

4 Have all the workers of iniquity no knowledge? who eat up my people as they eat bread, and call not upon the LORD.KJRV — Psalm 14:4
