    Revelation 2

    1 Unto the angel of the church of Ephesus (Acts 19:1) write; These things saith he that holdeth the seven stars in his right hand, (Revelation 1:16) who walketh in the midst of the seven golden candlesticks;KJRV — Revelation 2:1

    2 I know (Psalms 1:6) thy works, and thy labour, and thy patience, and how thou canst not bear them which are evil: and thou hast tried (1 Corinthians 12:10; 1 John 4:1) them which say they are apostles, (2 Corinthians 11:13; 2 Peter 2:1) and are not, and hast found them liars:KJRV — Revelation 2:2

    20 Notwithstanding I have a few things against thee, because thou sufferest that woman Jezebel, (1 Kings 16:31) which calleth herself a prophetess, to teach and to seduce my servants to commit fornication, and to eat things sacrificed unto idols.KJRV — Revelation 2:20
