    43—Ukufa KukaMoses

    [Esi sahluko sisekwe kwiDuteronomi 31 ukuya ku-34.]

    UYehova wamazisa uMoses ukuba ixesha elimisiweyo lokuthabatha iKana lalisondele; wathi ngexesha umprofeti omdala emi phezu kwemimango ephakaileyo evelele umlambo iYordan neliZwe leDinga, wondela ngomdla omkhulu kwilifa labantu bakhe. Ingaba kungenzeka ukuba isigwebo esawiswa phezu kwakhe ngenxa yesono sakhe eKadesh singarhoxiswa? Wacenga ngenzondelelo enzulu, “Nkosi yam, Yehova, uqalileukumbonisa umkhonzi wakho ubukhulu bakho, nesandla sakho esithe nkqi; ngokuba nguwuphi na uthixo emazulwini nasehlabathini, ongenza ngokwezenzo zakho, nangokwemisebenzi yakho yobugorha? Makhe ndiwele kaloku, ndilibone ilizwe elo lihle, liphesheya kweYordan, loo ntaba intle, neLebhanon.” Duteronomi 3:24, 25.ANa 469.1

    Uthando lukaThixo olungenamda lubonakalaliswe kwisipho esinguNyana waKhe ukuba ahlangule uhlanga olulahlekileyo. UKristu weza emhlabeni ukuba atyhile ebantwini isimilo sikaYise, baza ubomi baKhe bazaliswa zizenzo zothando nemfesane yezulu. Sekunjalo, UKristu ngokwaKhe uthi, “Koda kudlule izulu nehlabathi, kungakhanga kudlule nalinye iganyana nokuba lisuntswana emthethweni.” Mateyu 5:18. Isekwa lelo lizwi elithi ngomonde, nothando olucengayo elibiza umoni ukuba eze kuYe afumane ukuxolelwa noxolo, neliya kuthi, emgwebeni, kwabo bayalayo inceba yaKhe, “Mkani kum, nina baqalekiswa.” Mateyu 25:41.     Bathi abantu bakuyiqwalasela indoda enkulu, eyayiza kususwa kubo kwakamsinyane, bakhumbula, ngothando olutsha nolunzulu, uthando lwakhe lobuzali, amacebiso akhe alumkileyo, nokusebenza nzima kwakhe angaphumli. Kwakukangaphi, ekwakusithi xa izono zabo zimema izigwebo zikaThixo ezifanelekileyo, imithandazo kaMoses eyayimoyisa [uThixo] ukuba abasindise! Intlungu yabo yandiswa kukuzisola. Bakhumbula kabuhlungu ukuba bubugwenxa babo obaxhokonxa uMoses ukuba enze isono aza kufa ngenxa yaso.ANa 470.1

    Ukususwa kwenkokeli yabo ethandekayo kwakuza kuba kukubangxolisa okukhulu kakhulu kuIsrayeli kunako nakuphi ababeya kukufumana ukuba ubomi bakhe nomsebenzi wakhe ubuza kuqhubeka.     Kanye ngaloo mini kwafika umyalelo kuMoses, “Nyuka uye . . . entabeni yeNebho . . . ukhangele ilizwe lakwaKanan, endilinika oonyana bakaIsrayeli ukuba libe lelabo; ufele entabeni oyinyukayo, uhlanganiselwe kubantu bakowenu.” UMoses wayekholisa ukuyishiya inkampu, ngokuthobela ubizo olungcwele, ukuba ayokuhlangana noThixo; kodwa ngoku wayeza kuyishiya esiya kwinto entsha nefihlakeleyo. Kufuneka ahambe ayokubeka ubomi bakhe ezandleni zoMdali wakhe. UMoses wayesazi ukuba uza kufa eyedwa; kwakungekho mhlobo wasemhlabeni wayeza kuba kunye naye emlungiselela kwiiyure zakhe zokugqibela. Kwakukho imfihlelo nokoyikeka ngomboniso owawuphambi kwakhe, awayewoyika. Oyena mngeni mkhulu yayikukwahlukana kwakhe nabantu awayebakhathalela, ebathanda, abantu umdla kunye nobomi bakhe babumanyene nabo. Noko kunjalo, wayekufundile ukuthembela kuThixo, waza wathi, ngokholo olungathandabuziyo, wazinikela, yena nabantu bakhe, eluthandweni nakwinceba yaKhe.ANa 470.3

    Okokugqibela, uMoses wema ebandleni labantu bakhe. Kwakhona uMoya kaThixo wahlala phezu kwakhe, wathi, ngolwimi olunendili noluchukumisa kakhulu, wavakalisa intsikelelo phezu kwesizwe ngasinye, evala ngentsikelelo phezu kwabo bonke:ANa 471.1

    “Akukho unjengoThixo, Yeshuru,
    Ulokhwela emazulwini eluncedo lwakho,
    Ulokhwela esibhakabhakeni
    enobungangamsha bakhe.
    Likhaya uThixo wamandulo,
    Ngaphantsi ziingalo ezingunaphakade.
    Ugxotha utshaba ebusweni bakho;
    Uthi, Tshabalala!
    UIsrayeli uhlala ekholosile,
    Uwodwa umthombo kaYakobi,
    Usinga ezweni lengqolowa newayini entsha;
    Inene izulu lalo liqhoqhoza umbethe.
    Unoyolo, Israyeli!
    Ngubani na onjengawe, bantu basindiswe nguYehova,
    Ikhaka loncedo lwakho,
    Ikrele loncedo lwakho.”

    Wesuka uMoses ebandleni, wathi ethe cwaka eyedwa, wenyuka ecaleni lentaba. “Waya entabeni yeNebho, encotsheni yePisga.” Wema phezu kwaloo ncopho iyodwa, wakhangela ngamehlo angenalo urhatyazo kumboniso owawandlalwe phambi kwakhe. Phaya kude ngasentshona, kwakulele amanzi aluhlaza okwesibhakabhaka oLwandle oluKhulu; ngasentla, iyiNtaba iHermon imi phambi kwesibhakabhaka; ngasempuma ililizwe leentaba zakwaMowabhi, ngaphaya kulilizwe lakwaBhashan, umboniso woloyiso lukaIsrayeli; nendlela esinga ezantsi enabele entlango apho babhadula khona ixesha elide.ANa 471.3

    Wathi eyedwa uMoses, wakha walanda amava obomi bakhe bamahla-ndinyuka kunye nobunzima kususela ukuba wesuka kwiimbeko zasebhotwe, nakubukumkani baseYiputa obabumlindele, ukuba azihlanganise nabantu abanyuliweyo bakaThixo. Wakhumbula iminyaka emide entlango apho wayenomhlambi kaYitro, ukuvela kweNgelosi kwityholo elitshayo, nokubizwa kwakhe ukuba akhulule uIsrayeli. Kwakhona, wabona imimangaliso emikhulu yamandla kaThixo eyenziwa ngenxa yabantu abanyuliweyo, nenceba yaKhe enonyamezelongexesha leminyaka yokuzula nokuvukela kwabo. Sekukho konke oko uThixo wabenzelayo, sekukho yonke eyakhe imithandazo nokusebenza nzima, babini kuphela abantu abadala, kuwo wonke loo mkhosi mkhulu owaphuma eYiputa, abafunyanwa bethembekile ukuba bangangena eZweni leDinga. Wathi uMoses akukhangela isiphumo sokusebenza nzima kwakhe, wabubona ubomi bakhe bokulingwa nokuzincama, bakhangeleka bulilize.ANa 471.4

    Noko kunjalo, akazange akhalaze ngemithwalo ekwakufuneka eyithwele. Wazi ukuba ukuthunywa nomsebenzi wakhe wawungonyulwe nguThixo. Ukubizwa kwakhe kuqala ukuba abe yinkokeli kaIsrayeli ukusuka ebukhobokeni, wawoyika loo mthwalo; kodwa kususela ukuba wawenza umsebenzi lowo, akazange awulahle umthwalo. Naxa uYehova sele ethetha ngokumkhulula, atshabalalise uIsrayeli ovukelayo, uMoses akazange avume. Nangona izilingo zakhe zazizikhulu, wayeyonwabele imiqondiso yemfesane kaThixo; wayefumene amava amakhulu ngexesha lokuphambukela entlango, ekuboneni ukubonakalaliswa kwamandla nozuko lukaThixo, kubudlelane bothando lwaKhe; waziva ukuba wenza isigqibo esilumkileyo ngokukhetha ukujongana nembandezelo enabantu bakaThixo, endaweni yokonwabela iziyolo zesono okomzuzwana.ANa 472.1

    Wathi akukhangela emva kumava akhe njengenkokeli yabantu bakaThixo, isenzo esinye sayingcolisa ingxelo yakhe. Ukuba olo kreqo belungacinywa, waziva ukuba wayengayi koyika ukufa. Waqinisekiswa ukuba ukuguquka, nokukholelwa kuMbingelelo othenjisiweyo, kuphela kokufunwa nguThixo, waza waphinda uMoses wasivuma isono sakhe wacela ukuxolelwa egameni likaYesu.ANa 472.2

    Ngoku umbono ophangaleleyo weZwe leDinga wabekwa phambi kwakhe. Yonke indawo yelizwe yandlalwa phambi kwakhe, ingekho luzizi, ingeyondawo ingaqinisekanga nengabonakali mfiliba noko ikude, kodwa icacile, ityhilekile, intle kumbono onovuyo. Kulo mboniso yavezwa, ingenjengoko yayinjalo ngelo xesha, kodwa njengoko yayiya kuba njalo, seyinentsikelelo kaThixo, seyisezandleni zikaIsrayeli. Wabangathi ukhangele kwiEden yesibini. Kwakukho iintaba ezambathiswe ngemisedare yaseLebhanon, iinduli ezingwevu yiminquma, ezinika ivumba elimnandi lemidiliya, izithabazi eziluhlaza ezikhanya ziintyatyambo nezinobutyebi beziqhamo, apho imithi yesundu yetropiki, apho amasimi engqolowa nerhasi alele ngokwamaza, iintlambo ezinelanga zinomculo wamaza emithombo nengoma yeentaka, izixeko ezihle nezitiya ezibukekayo, amachibi achume “ubutyebi beelwandle,” imihlambi edlayo ezintabeni, naphakathi kwamawa iinyosi zifihle indyebo. Ngokwenene yayililizwe elinjalo awathi uMoses, ephefumlelwe nguMoya kaThixo walichaza kuIsrayeli: “Malisikelelwe nguYehova . . .ngezinto ezinconywayo zezulu, ngombethe, nangamanzi enzonzobila elele ezantsi, nangezinconywayo eziveliswa lilanga, . . . nangeencopho zeentaba zamandulo, . . . nangezinconywayo zomhlaba nenzaliseko yawo.”ANa 472.3

    UMoses wababona abantu abanyuliweyo bemiswa eKanan, uhlanga ngalunye lunomhlaba walo. Wayibona imbali yabo bakuba bengabemi beZwe leDinga; lanekwa phambi kwakhe ibali elide nelilusizi lokukreqa kwabo kunye nesohlwayo sako. Wababona, ngenxa yezono, zabo, besasazwa phakathi kwabahedeni, uzuko lumkile kuIsrayeli, isixeko esihle singamabhodlo, abantu baso bengabathinjwa kumazwe asemzini. Wababona bebuyiselwa kwilizwe looyise, ekugqibeleni baziswa phantsi kolawulo lweRoma.ANa 475.1

    Wavunyelwa ukuba akhangele phantsi ekuqengqelekeni kwexesha abone ukufika kokuqala koMsindisi wethu. Wambona uYesu elusana eBhetelehem. Waweva amazwi omkhosi weengelosi uvuma ingoma yovuyo yokudumisa uThixo noxolo emhlabeni. Wabona emazulwini ukukhanya kukhokela iZazi zaseMpuma zisiza kuYesu, nokukhanya okukhulu kwazalisa ingqondo yakhe akukhumbula loo mazwi esiprofeto, “Inkwenkwezi iphuma kwaYakobi; intonga ivela kwaIsrayeli.” Numeri 24:17. Wakubona ukuphila okuthobekileyo kukaKristu eNazarete, umsebenzi waKhe wothando novelwano nokuphilisa, ukwaliwakwaKhe sisizwe esinekratshi esingakholwayo. Wathi emangalisiwe, waphulaphula ukuphakamisa kwabo ngokuzigwagwisa umthetho kaThixo, ngoku bemkhanyela Lowo wanikwa nguYe umthetho. Wambona uYesu entabeni yeMinquma, owathi elila, wasibulisa esishiya isixeko asithandayo. Wathi uMoses akubona ukwaliwa kokugqibela kwabantu ababesikelelwe kakhulu liZulu, abantu awabasebenzela nzima ebathandazela, ezincamele bona; abantu awayelungele ukuba kanye kucinywe elakhe igama encwadini yobomi ngenxa yabo; xa ephulaphule loo mazwi oyikekayo, “Yabonani, indlu yenu ishiywa nani ize.” (Mateyu 23:38), intliziyo yakhe yaqotywa yintlungu, neenyembezi ezikrakra ezawa emehlweni akhe, ngenxa yovelwano yintlungu yoNyana kaThixo.ANa 475.2

    Wamlandela uMsindisi ukuya eGetsemane, wayibona intlungu egadini, ukungcatshwa, ukugculelwa, ukubethwa, nokubethelelwa. UMoses wabona ukuba, njengoko wayiphakamisayo inyoka entlango, ngokunjalo noNyana kaThixo umele ukuphakanyiswa, ukuze bonke abaya kuthi bakholelwe kuYe“bangatshabalali, koko babe nobomi obungunaphakade.” Yohane 3:15. Intlungu, ingqumbo, nokoyika zayizalisa intliziyo kaMoses akubona ukuhanahanisa nentiyo ezaliswe yinkohlakalo ebonakalaliswa sisizwe samaYuda ngakuMhlanguli wabo, ingelosi enamandla eyayihamba phambi kooyise. Wasiva isikhalo sikaYesu esentlungwini, “Thixo wam! Thixo wam! Undishiyeleni na? Marko 15:34. Wambona elele engcwabeni elitsha likaYosefu. Ubumnyama bokuncama ngokuphelelwa lithemba kwawugubungela umhlaba. Wabuya wakhangela kwakhona, wambona ephuma engumoyisi, wenyukela ezulwini ephahlwe ziingelosi ezidumisayo zikhokela intlaninge yabathinjwa. Wawabona amasango akhanyayo evuleka ukuba amamkele, nomkhosi wezulu uneengoma zoloyiso usamkela uMphathi wawo. Watyhilelwa apho ukuba, yena ngokwakhe, uya kuba ngomnye oya kwamkela uMsindisi, amvulele amasango kanaphakade. Ngoku ekhangele lo mboniso, imbonakalo yakhe yakhanya kukubengezela okungcwele. Owu, indlela ezabukeka zincinane ngayo izilingo nemibingelelo yobomi bakhe xa ethelekisa nezo zoNyana kaThixo! Indlela ezikhaphukhaphu ngayo zakuthelekiswa “[nobu]ncamise kwaphela ubuqaqawuli obukhulukazi obungunaphakade!” 2 Korinte 4:17. Wabanovuyo kuba evunyelwe, nokuba kukancinane, ukuba abe nokwabelana ngeentlungu noKristu.ANa 475.3

    Wababona abafundi bakaYesu xa babephuma besisa ivangeli yaKhe ehlabathini. Wabona ukuba, nangona abantu bakwaIsrayeli “ngokwenyama” basilelayo ukufikelela kwisiphelo esiphakamileyo sokuba babe kukukhanya kwehlabathi, nangona bayidelayo inceba kaThixo baphoswa ziintsikelelo njengabantu abanyuliweyo, ukanti uThixo akazange ayilahle imbewu ka-Abraham; iinjongo ezizukileyo awayezimisele ukuzifeza ngoIsrayeli, kwafuneka zizalisekile. Bonke abaya kuthi ngoKristu babe ngabantwana bokholo babeya kubalelwa ukuba bayimbewu ka-Abraham; ziindlamafa zamadinga omnqohiso; njengoAbraham, babeya kubizwa ukuba baluse, bazise emhlabeni umthetho kaThixo neendaba ezilungileyo zikaNyana waKhe. UMoses wakubona ukukhanya kweendaba ezilungileyo kubengezela ziphuma ngabafundi bakaYesu zisiya kwabo “bahleli ebumnyameni” (Mateyu 4:16), aza amawaka aphuma kumazwe eeNtlanga aqukuqela ukuza ekukhanyeni kokuphuma kwako [ukukhanya]. Wathi akukubona, wavuya kukwanda nayimpumelelo kaIsrayeli.ANa 476.1

    Kwaphinda kwadlula omnye umboniso phambi kwakhe. Waboniswa umsebenzi kaSathana ekukhokeleleni amaYuda ukuba akhanyele uKristu, logamaesithiahlonelaumthetho kaYise. Wabonangoku ilizwe lobuKristu liphantsi kwenkohliso efanayo ngokuvuma ukwamkela uKristu lo gama abantu bewala umthetho kaThixo. Wayekuvile ukukhala kwempambano kwababingeleli namadoda amakhulu, “Makemke!” “Mbethelele emnqamlezweni, mbethelele emnqamlezweni!” Wabuya weva kwabathi bangabafundisi abangamaKristu, bekhwaza, “Wubethelele umthetho!” Wayibona iSabatha inyathelwa ngeenyawo, kwamiselwa isimiso esibubuxoki endaweni yayo. Waphinda uMoses wazaliswa ngumothuko nokumangaliswa. Bangathini abo babekholwa kuKristu ukuwugatya umthetho owathethwa ngelaKhe iLizwi entabeni engcwele? Bangathini abo bamoyikayo uThixo ukubeka bucala umthetho osisiseko solawulo lwaKhe ezulwini nasemhlabeni? Ngovuyo uMoses wawubona umthetho kaThixo usazukiswa ngabanyanisekileyo abambalwa. Wayibona imfazwe enkulu yokugqibela yamagunya omhlaba yokutshabalalisa abo bagcina umthetho kaThixo. Wakhangela phambili kwixesha xa uThixo aya kuphakama ukuba ohlwaye abemi bomhlaba ngenxa yobugwenxa babo, baye abo baye baloyika igama laKhe, baya kusitheliswa bafihlwe ngemini yomsindo waKhe. Wawuva umnqophiso woxolo kaThixo nabo bawugcinileyo umthetho waKhe, xa evakalisa izwi laKhe ekwindawo yaKhe engcwele, laza izulu nomhlaba langcangcazela. Wakubona ukuza kwesibini kukaKristu esebuqaqawulini, abafileyo abangamalungisa bevuselwa kubomi obungenakufa, abaphilileyo abangcwele beguqulwa bengakubonanga ukufa, bathi bebonke benyuka benengoma yovuyo ukuya eMzini kaThixo.ANa 477.1

    Kwabuya kwabakho omnye umboniso otyhilekayo ukuba awubone, umhlaba okhululwe kwisiqalekiso, umhle kuneZwe leDinga elo lalisanda kwandlalwa phambi kwakhe. Akukho sono, nokufa akungeni. Apho, izizwe zabasindisiweyo ziya kufumana ikhaya elingunaphakade. Ngovuyo olungathethekiyo, uMoses ukhangela lo mboniso, ukuzaliseka kokuhlangulwa okuzuke kakhulu kunelona themba liqaqambileyo awakha wanomfanekiso walo. Ukuzula kwabo emhlabeni kudlule ngonaphakade, uIsrayeli kaThixo ekugqibeleni wangena kwilizwe elihle.ANa 477.2

    Kwakhona umbono waba mfiliba, amehlo akhe ahlala phezu kwelizwe leKanan njengoko lalandlaliwe phaya kude. Ngoko, njengomphumi-mkhosi odiniweyo, wangqengqa phantsi ukuba aphumle. “Wafela khona uMoses, umkhonzi kaYehova, ezweni lakwaMowabhi, ngokomlomo kaYehova. Wamngcwabela emfuleni, ezweni lakwaMowabhi, malungana neBhete-pehore. Akukho bani ulaziyo ingcwaba lakhe unanamhla.” Abaninzi ababengenayo intumekelelo yokuthobela amacebiso kaMoses ngexesha wayenabo, babeya kuba sengozini yokunqula njengesithixo umzimba wakhe ofileyo ukuba babenokuyazi indawo angcwatyelwe kuyo. Ngenxa yeso sizathu yafihlwa ebantwini. Iingelosi zikaThixo zona, zawufihla umzimba womkhonzi kaThixo othembekileyo zaliqaphela ingcwaba elalilodwa.ANa 477.3

    “Akubanga savela kwaIsrayeli mprofeti unjengoMoses, awathi uYehova wamazi, bakhangelana ebusweni; ngemiqondiso yonke, nezimanga, awamthumayo uYehova ukuba azenze . . . nangaso sonke isandla esithe nkqi, nangokoyikeka konke okukhulu, awakwenzayo uMoses emehlweni amaIsrayeli onke.”ANa 478.1

    Ukuba ubomi bukaMoses babungonakaliswanga seso sono sinye, ekusileleni ukunika uThixo uzuko ngokukhupha amanzi eliweni eKadeshe, ngewayengenile eZweni leDinga, abe wayeya kuguqulwa engakubonanga ukufa. Sekunjalo, wayengazi kuhlala thuba lide engcwabeni. UKristu ngokwaKhe, kunye neengelosi ezazingcwabe uMoses, behla ukusuka ezulwini ukuba bayibize iphume ingcwele eyayilele. USathana wayevuyile yimpumelelo yakhe yokumenza ukuba one uMoses ngakuThixo, ukuze abe ngaphantsi kolawulo lokufa. Umchasi omkhulu wavakalisa ukuba isigwebo sezulu, “Uluthuli, uya kubuyela kwaseluthulini” (Genesis 3:19), samnika abafileyo ukuba babe ngabakhe. Amandla engcwaba awazange aphulwa, kwaye bonke abasengcwabeni uyababanga njengabathinjwa bakhe, angasayi kuze akhululwe kwintolongo yakhe emnyama.ANa 478.2

    Kwaye kukokokuqala uKristu eza kunika ubomi umntu ofileyo. Xa iNkosi yobomi, ikunye nababengezelayo befika engcwabeni, uSathana wothuswa bubukhulu baKhe.     UKristu akazange agobe ukuba engene engxoxweni noSathana. Wayenako ukubeka phambi kwakhe umsebenzi wenkohlakalo wokukhohlisa kwakhe awakwenza ezulwini, okwabangela intshabalalo yeqela elikhulu labemi bakhona. Wayenokwalatha kubuxoki awabuthethayo e-Eden, obakhokelela kwisono sika-Adam, sazisa ukufa kuhlanga lwabantu. Wayenako ukumkhumbuza uSathana ukuba, ngumsebenzi wakhe owakhokelela uIsrayeli ukuba akrokre avukele, okwadinisa unyamezelo lomonde kwinkokeli yabo, yathi, ngomzuzu ongaqatshelwanga, wayiqubula ukuba yone, isono eso esayenza ukuba iwe phantsi kwegunya lokufa.     Ngenxa yesono uMoses waba ngaphantsi kwegunya likaSathana. Ngokukokwakhe ukulunga, wayengumthinjwa ngokusemthethweni wokufa; kodwa wavuselwa ebomini obunokungafi, ibango lakhe alifumene kwigama loMhlanguli wakhe. UMoses waphuma engcwabeni ezukisiwe, wenyuka noMhlanguli wakhe ukuya kuMzi kaThixo.ANa 479.2

    Akuzange, kwada kwenzeka kumbingelelo kaKristu, kwenzeka ukuba ubulungisa nothando lukaThixo lubonakalaliswe ngokucacileyo njengakwindlela [uThixo] awaya waphatha ngayo uMoses. UThixo wamvalela ngaphandle kweKanan uMoses, ukuze afundise isifundo esingasayi kuze silibaleke, esokuba uThixo ufuna ukuthobela okungqongqo, nokuba abantu kufuneka bakulumkele ukuzithabathela kubo uzuko olufanele uMenzi wabo. Wayengenako ukuwuphendula umthandazo kaMoses wokuba abe nesabelo kwilifa likaIsrayeli, kodwa akazange amlibale okanye amshiye umkhonzi waKhe. UThixo wezulu wakuqonda ukuhlupheka awakuthwalayo uMoses; wakuqaphela konke ukwenza komkhonzi wakhe onyanisekileyo yonke iminyaka emide yemfazwe nesilingo.     Kwintaba yokwenziwa kumila kumbi, uMoses wayekhona enoEliya, owaguqulwayo. Babethunywe njengabathwali-kukhanya nobuqaqawuli bukaYise kuNyana. Ngaloo ndlela umthandazo kaMoses, awawuthetha kwiinkulungwane ezininzi ngaphambili, ekugqibeleni, wazalisekiswa. Wayemi “entabeni entle,” phakathi kwelifa labantu bakhe, ethwele ubungqina ngaYe Lowo azinze kuYe onke amadinga kuIsrayeli. Waba njalo umboniso wokugqibela owatyhilwa kumbono ofayo kwimbali yaloo ndoda eyazukiswa kakhulu liZulu.ANa 479.4

    UMoses wayengumfuziselo kaKristu. Yena ngokwaKhe wathi kuIsrayeli, “UYehova uThixo wakho uya kunivelisela umprofeti ophuma phakathi kwenu, kubazalwana benu, onjengam; ize niphulaphule yena.” Duteronomi 18:15. UThixo wabona kufanelekile ukuba amqeqeshe uMoses kwisikolo sembandezelo nentlupheko phambi kokuba akulungele ukukhokela imikhosi kaIsrayeli ukuya kwiKanan yasemhlabeni. UIsrayeli kaThixo, okuhambo oluya kwiKanan yasezulwini, unoMphathi ongazange adinge kufundiswa ngumntu ukuba amlungisele umsebenzi waKhe njengenkokeli engcwele; ukanti yenziwa yagqibelela ngeentlungu; yathi, “ekubeni eve ubunzima, ehendiwe naye ngokwakhe, unako ukubasiza abahendwayo.” Hebhere 2:10, 18. UMhlanguli wethu akazange abonakalalise ubuthakathaka bomntu okanye ukungagqibeleli; kanti wafa ukuze asizuzele ukungena eZweni leDinga.ANa 480.1

    “Okunene noMoses ebethembekile endlwini yakhe iphela ngokomkhonzi, ukuze bube bubungqina obo bezinto eziya kuthethwa. Ke yena uKristu ethembeke ngokonyana phezukwendlu yakhe; esiyindlu yakhe ke thina, ukuba singaba sithe sakubamba ngokuthe nkqi ukungafihlisi kwethu, neqhayiya lethemba lethu, sada sesa ekupheleni.” Hebhere 3:5, 6.ANa 480.2
